Novosibirsk low-rise building market

Novosibirsk is the administrative center of the Siberian region and the Capital of Western Siberia. It has the largest population in Russia after Moscow and St. Ptersburg. The region also serves as a major transport hub and the biggest industrial, cultural and scientific center in Eastern Siberia. Nowadays low-rise building market becomes one of the most attractive prospects of construction market in Russia. Low-rise building is developing in two ways: building of elite country houses, cottage communities and building of low-cost prefabricated houses. Moreover, low-rise building is actively supporting by the Government of the Russian Federation within the framework of “Affordable and comfortable housing for Russian citizens” national project intended to assist construction of individual and low-rise housing in the regions of Russia, including Novosibirsk. More than 40 cottage communities are situated in Novosibirsk and Novosibirsk region.
